Since its first release to the public in 2003, Second Life has continually boosted their popularity and reputation over the years. Also, the SL game's client base has seen rapid growth as many SL fans from aroud the globe appear to be more and more addicted to this online virtual world, focusing on creating the "Second Life" world for all residents as much lively as possible, while also trying to keep an eternally good relationship between them in the game as well.
Currently there are a swiftly growing population in a total of 5,467,390 residents from over 100 countries around the world in which the residents themselves join online to meet, create and build the "Second Life" world of their own which includes many great things like homes, vehicles, nightclubs, stores, landscapes, clothing, and games.
Developed and created by its owner Linden Lab, Second Life are having hundred of thousands of its members (better known as residents) to devote most of their time to play their part in a very lively virtual world as well.
While most SL clients are from various parts of the world like Northern America and Europe, nowadays the game seems to have attracted more obvious interest from a large number of gamers from different major countries in Asia, especially in China, Singapore and Japan.
