Shop Attendant |
 |
This type of unskilled job is fairly popular and well-received among residents or users in SL in the sense that most humans always sell consideerably better than machines or vending engines.
Because of this reason, some big brands in the game have been hiring people to do the sales for them to increase their profits. Shop attendants have become more sought after, as a counter-point to the automated vendors. In Second Life, sales representatives have the obvious advantage of not being attached to any specific place.
An agreement generally is made upon sales comissions, and, if the shop owners anticipate you to stay and work for them at the same place for extra few hours per week, they usually pay you a small salary too. |
